I’m Jennifer, the founder of The Systems Pilot.

I’ve always been drawn to creating structure and efficiency. My professional background includes years in the corporate world, where I specialized in refining processes, implementing software solutions, and eliminating inefficiencies. These experiences not only honed my skills but also confirmed my passion for building systems that help businesses operate at their best.

As a wife and mom to three teens, I also understand the importance of balance and flexibility. I created The Systems Pilot to bring that same sense of clarity and efficiency to other business owners so they can focus on their expertise with systems and processes in place that hold steady even if they're not behind the controls.

From creative entrepreneurs to mental health professionals, many talented individuals excel in their field but find operations and process refinement overwhelming. That’s where I step in.
