• Monthly Ops Roadmap

• Taskboard or dashboard tracking shared projects

Workflow & Systems Implementation

What we do:

• Build/refine SOPs, automations, workflows, and documentation

• Clean up tools 

• Optimize back-end delivery systems

Deliverables:

• New or updated workflows 

• Loom walkthroughs, or async audits

Team & Tool Management

What we do:

• Communicate with team around implementation

• Train or onboard team to new processes or tools

Deliverables:

• Weekly status updates

• Systems playbooks & training tools as needed

Ongoing Support & Troubleshooting

What we do:

• Answer day to day ops questions

• Troubleshoot tool issues or process breakdowns

• Offer async strategy, guidance, and decision support

Deliverables:

• Slack or Voxer access (during work hours)

• Hands on implementation support each month, tailored to your needs and scope

What is included in Retainer Fee?

Each month includes up to 15 hours of dedicated support including:

• Strategy + operations calls

• Quick answers via email or messaging

• Building or refining processes and documentation

• Team or partner meetings

• Hands on operational execution

Your hours cover all the ways we work together - calls, emails, meetings, and work executed for you— so you get seamless support without surprise costs. 

Hours refresh each month. Additional hours may be purchased in bundles:

10 hours- $995

20 hours- $1945

*If at any point, either party wishes to terminate this arrangement, notice will be given in writing 2 weeks prior to new billing cycle.

Investment: $1495 monthly retainer; option to purchase additional hours
